• Log into IMA (With your current password)
  1. You can use either the Citrix client or the local IMA client for this process.
• Select the “File” menu (See attached image)
• Click “Change Password”

• Enter old Password
• Enter the new Password twice

Special Note: IMA Password entry is “Double Blind”, which means you will not see the cursor move or change while you are typing.
