This process Works for UN-EXPIRED passwords only. 

Your Windows Password affects ALL Microsoft products as well as your MHA Computer Login.

This includes:

• Teams
• Outlook
• SharePoint
• OneDrive
• Citrix

How you Change your password depends on your current location.

If You Are…
 

In an MHA Office & Connected to the Network:

• Log into your computer with your current password
• Press [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Del]
• Select “Change a Password”
• Enter your current password into the first box and the desired new password into the next 2 boxes.
• Click “OK”

Out of the office remotely, using Citrix:

• Log into Citrix with our current password

• Click the settings gear in the upper right hand corner
• Select “Change Password”
• Enter your old password into the first box and the desired new password into the next 2 boxes.
• Click “Save”
